Welcome to the team at J Lord and Co. Please contact anyone of us for assistance in finding your new home or selling your home. We are Northwich estate agents specialising in the following villages and surrounding towns

Davenham, Leftwich, Delamere, Hartford, Winsfrd, Tarporley, Peover, Kingsmead, Sandiway, Middlewich, Whitegate, Cuddington and the outskirts of Knutsford and throughout Cheshire.

Jacqui Lord

Property has always been Jacqui's passion - since her early days in Commercial property in the West End of London, right through to the launch of her own independent estate agents. Jacqui developed her wealth of valuable experience by working for both small independent estate agents and large corporate estate agents in the Capital, and this knowledge and experience, combined with a desire to transform the widespread negative impression of estate agents', inspired her to head home and open J Lord and Co in January 2003. Jacqui is a member of the National Association of Estate Agents and works full time, six days a week.

Jody Craven

Jody joined forces with J Lord and Co in 2005, bringing her valuable experience of customer service to the role of Office Manager. After only a year in this role, Jody joined the Sales Team as a Sales Negotiator, and is currently a student member of the NAEA whilst keenly studying for her Technical Award in Residential Property Sales, to become a fully fledged member of the National Association of Estate Agents. Jody is a full time member of the team.

Rebecca Brettell

After achieving a degree in English at the University of Liverpool, Rebecca left the student life behind and leapt into the exciting world of property sales. After a year working as Office Manager, Rebecca enthusiastically took the step up to Sales Negotiator, attaining membership to the National Association of Estate Agents along the way. Rebecca is a full time member of the team.

Vivienne Jenkinson

A desire to work in property led Vivienne from a long standing career, in a highly customer service driven industry, towards J Lord & Co in 2004. Having been born in Northwich, she brought with her a wealth of local knowledge and started her property career as Office Manager. She rapidly progressed towards Sales Negotiator and has helped and supported our young, dynamic team to grow. Vivienne works full time and is currently studying for her Technical Award to qualify as a member of the National Association of Estate Agents.
